This webinar brings together editors from across the Nature Portfolio journals featured in the Engineering for Life project.

Engineering for Life is a transformative journal collection that highlights how engineering principles and innovations are being applied to address some of the world’s most complex and urgent challenges. Spanning human health, environmental protection, sustainable and clean energy systems, and intelligent systems, the collection showcases research that benefits from connection across disciplines.

In this session, editors will present a series of spotlight talks introducing their journals and key research directions for an hour, followed by an optional 30 minute interdisciplinary panel discussion and live Q&A.

  • Gain a clear overview of the Engineering for Life journal portfolio
  • Explore the breadth of interdisciplinary engineering research

  • Build insight to inform collection development and researcher support

  • Discover how different engineering disciplines connect to address shared challenges
